## Job description

岗位职责
- 银行网点的关系维护与经营；
- 组织网点培训及市场营销活动；
- 辅导银行人员提升业务技能，运用多种营销模式提升产能；
- 网点及客户的相关售后及配套服务工作，如产品咨询，保单初审，保全代办等；
- 遵守公司的各项规章制度，参加公司组织的各项会议和培训，认真填写活动管理工具；
- 完成领导交办的其它事宜 。 任职资格
- 大专及以上学历，有保险销售工作经验者优先；
- 较强的语言表达和沟通协调能力；
- 较强的自我学习和管理能力，能独立解决问题；
- 较强的团队协作意识，责任心强。
