## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责研究政府农村相关政策及资源；
- 负责制定农网规划及协保员管理相关办法；
- 制定农村保险销售服务网络规划，并推动农网规划落地；
- 负责分公司农村综合金融政策、资源研究及发展策略制定；
- 负责推动分公司落实农村综合金融及涉农保险发展规划；
- 负责分公司内外部农村综合金融资源对接； 任职资格
- 全日制本科及以上学历，并符合优才院校要求，个别具有丰富政保经验或资源的人员，可适当放宽对优才院校的要求，保险、金融、农业、遥感、测绘、统计、数据或相近专业；
- 从事农险、数据、科技、企划、精算、机构销售、创展等相关工作3年及以上；
- 具备一定的农网建设及规划能力，较强规划制定及组织推动能力、良好的组织推动能力及沟通协作能力；
- 熟悉农村相关政策及资源，熟悉农村综合金融发展策略及产品策略，熟悉三农政策；
- 特别优秀人才可放宽招聘条件。
