## Job description

岗位职责 1-负责集团或下属医疗机构耗材采购工作，包括需求收集、采购论证、产品寻源、商业谈判、采购计划制定与实施、医院协调服务等； 2-负责对集团耗材管理相关制度与流程提出优化建议； 3-需根据国家及地方耗材管理新规（例如带量采购等）和领导的安排，调整集团及下属医疗机构耗材管理相关制度及流程； 4-负责供应链与下属医疗机构的关系协调，落实耗材采购需求、实施采购计划、耗材入库出库、耗材使用反馈等； 5-推动集团及下属医疗机构耗材相关科研合作； 任职资格 1-中级及以上职称或医学、生物医学工程等相关专业本科及以上学历； 2-5年以上耗材采购经验，3年以上耗材集采经验； 3-熟悉耗材相关法律法规，熟悉耗材生产、流通、使用各环节要求； 4-有耗材采购经验，并参与过耗材集采项目（药品集采规模不小于1亿元/年）； 5-具有高度的责任心，能对个人及团队的绩效目标做出积极贡献； 6-具有耗材临床试验与科研相关经验者优先。
