## Job description

岗位职责
- 聚焦健康险领域（重疾/医疗/长期护理险），完成销售目标及客户经营指标
- 联动车商渠道团队，挖掘车主客户健康管理需求，推动"车+健康"场景化销售
- 开展客户保全服务及续期维护，提升客户生命周期价值

### 参与健康险产品培训及销售策略研讨，持续提升专业能力 注
- 工作地点为江苏省内各地市（不含苏州、无锡） 任职资格

### 学历
- 本科及以上学历，保险、医学、营销类专业优先

### 经验
- 具有医疗/健康管理行业从业经验，如医院、体检机构、健康管理公司等优先

### 能力
- 具备医疗资源网络搭建能力，能联动医疗机构开展健康险产品服务创新，具备健康风险管理意识及团队协作精神
