## Job description

岗位职责
- 协调合作公司总部及各机构做好战略联盟的保费分解及项目落地工作；
- 定期召开会议，推动业务按照预期目标跟进，根据项目实施过程中出现的问题，协调中小公司、定价支持岗予以针对性解决；
- 出现突发性问题及时协调相关资源进行处理。
- 负责与中小公司系统对接的需求管理，包括需求的统筹整合、分析沟通以及需求实现过程的跟踪等；
- 协助项目经理，推动项目需求的细化，并配合管理内外部实施团队的开发质量及进度。 任职资格
- 熟悉中小公司车险算账经营相关要求，对相关业务动作对财务报表的影响非常清晰；
- 熟悉车险相关业务流程、考核体系、管理制度；
- 沟通能力强，协同性好，推动能力强；
- 对中小公司主流IT车险承保系统的基本框架、功能模块、开发流程有较多了解
