## Job description

岗位职责
- 根据三级机构整体计划和四级机构经理安排，制定所负责的渠道或条线的业务发展目标；
- 负责本机构分管板块业务品质的管控、制度化建设推动，并根据职能定位不断优化管理流程；
- 领导、组织、负责机构分管条线的业务规划、拓展、推动、考核；
- 把握市场环境、判断市场变化、制定分管渠道或产品的发展策略； 任职资格 1、具备丰富的当地政府及人脉资源，负责县域大非车份额提升及品质； 2、具备带领团队业务拓展的能力；
