## Job description

岗位职责 融媒体企微运营经理（综合金融&医疗保险方向）
- 企业微信体系搭建与维护 负责企业微信功能规划、部署及优化，包括客户联系、群管理、工具集成等； 建立企微运营标准流程，确保高效、合规的客户互动体验。
- 客户运营策略制定与执行 设计客户分层、标签体系及精细化运营策略，提升客户活跃度与转化率； 通过任务下发、内容推送、活动策划等方式，推动客户生命周期管理。
- 数据分析与效果优化 监控企微运营数据（如客户增长、互动率、转化率等），定期输出分析报告； 基于数据洞察，调整运营策略，提升运营效率与客户满意度。
- 跨部门协同与创新 作为运营端与内容端的桥梁，与融媒体项目经理紧密协同。根据运营策略与客户洞察，定期提报内容需求（如直播、视频、图文等），获取定制化内容支持，并确保内容在企微生态内的有效分发与转化。 与产品、市场、技术等部门协作，推动企微功能迭代与整合创新； 关注行业趋势，探索企微生态的新玩法与应用场景。 任职资格
- 硬性技能 2年以上企业微信运营经验，熟悉企微后台功能及第三方工具应用； 精通客户标签体系搭建、SCRM运营及数据分析方法； 熟练使用Excel/SQL等数据分析工具，能独立完成数据报表与解读； 有金融/保险行业客户运营经验者优先。

- 具备互联网私域运营经验，从流量承接、用户培育到价值转化完整运营路径; 用户洞察：擅长通过数据与反馈理解客户需求，制定针对性策略； 项目管理：具备多任务协调能力，能高效推进跨部门协作； 风险意识：熟悉金融行业合规要求，确保运营动作符合监管规范。
- 软性素质 沟通能力强，能有效赋能团队、推动协同； 结果导向，具备较强的抗压性与问题解决能力； 对用户体验敏感，具备创新意识与持续优化习惯。
