## Job description

岗位职责
- 完成公司下达的客户开发计划和绩效指标；
- 对所负责区域内存量客户、目标客户、渠道资源、进行有效梳理，有计划地跟踪与开发；
- 负责从项目立项、信息收集、项目评估到合同签订过程的执行，负责此阶段公司内、外部流程的推进及管理；
- 协助资产经理完成存量客户的管理、租金管理和客户巡视工作；
- 协助并参与风险资产处置，包括配合逾期租金催收、风险资产处置等工作；
- 完成领导交办的其他工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，金融、经济等相关专业；
- 具备基本的财务知识以及融资租赁行业相关知识；
- 具有2年及以上银行对公或租赁同业营销工作经验；
- 具有良好的思考能力、沟通协调能力、客户营销能力。
