## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责区域内专员的管理、培训、经营指标督导等；区域内新老客户提供答谢会组织安排，提供客户满意的售后服务等；
- 负责总分公司相关政策落地执行，制定业务拓展规划，并按计划开展业务，督导专员完成客户信息搜集、问题解决等；
- 接受公司系统的培训学习，通过专业知识技能学习，不断提升自身管理能力，独立完成组织内专员管理； 任职资格
- 大专以上学历，5年以上工作经验，1年以上寿险团队管理经验（10人+团队），过往团队业绩水平优异者优先；
- 丰富的组织管理经验，独立组织过大型客户活动者优先；
- 善于沟通协作，执行力强，且具有较强的管理能力；
- 保险行业主管、部经理等优先； 福利待遇
- 入职即签订正式劳动合同，缴纳五险一金；
- 发放管理层专属主管管理津贴；
- 基础收入含职级津贴、关联团队各项日常管理津贴、客户服务指标、续收、留存指标达成；
- 整体收入包含个人销售收入、团队销售收入、团队管理津贴、年终奖；
- 周末双休、享有各种过节福利（根据当地分公司政策确定）；
