## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责平安线上财富（理财、存款、基金、灵活宝等）的运营策略的规划和执行。通过数据化的运营技巧，提升线上财富客户转化、活跃、复购、留存等一系列关键业务指标；
- 负责大财富阵地（理财、存款、基金、灵活宝等）运营，包括理财平台建设、场景包装、交易链路提升，提升用户交易决策效率；
- 负责与行内各业务线/分行合作，并产出可落地的合作方案，持续提升财富业务的用户渗透率；
- 即时捕捉热点、市场主题、投资机会，策划各类型内容带货、热点话题类栏目，最大激发用户投资潜力和需求；
- 关注行业竞品的趋势变化，可以从竞品的迭代和内容里挖掘客户需求。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，有3年以上产品运营经验优先；
- 熟悉金融市场与产品，能够把投资者心理和行为特征，抽象成产品需求并付诸运营策略加以执行；
- 自驱力强，数据化运营能力强，能够从数据中找到业务增长点，自驱式推动业务前进；
- 互联网用户思维成熟且有多样方法论者优先。
