## Job description

岗位职责

### 头寸管理
- 拟定月度融资计划，确保资金计划安排的合理性；动态调整融资安排，确保公司流动性安全同时平衡效率；管理库存资金配置，提供资金合理化水平建议、优化方案设计；

### 流动性风险管理
- 设计流动性风险管理治理结构和制度体系，拟定流动性风险管理策略、政策和程序，根据内外部环境变化，评估流动性风险等级，必要时提供风险管控建议，会同相关部门，完成流动性风险缓释策略或处置程序，保障流动性安全；

### 负债管理
- 拟定年度融资规划、杠杆规划，分解年度融资绩效目标，探索融资经理激励优化机制，助力管理目标达成；管理负债结构，统筹长、中、短期资金需求，结合资产、担保、库存目标、融资资源等，设计合理的资金计划，平衡资金风险和资金效率；
- 领导交办的其他工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，经济、金融、计量、数学等相关专业；
- 具有银行、证券、租赁等相关行业资金管理和流动性管理经验优先；
- 熟练运用Excel，会VBA、Python等数据分析软件优先；
- 持有FRM，CPA，CFA相关证书者优先。
