## Job description

岗位职责
- 对本支行的AUM、存款、客户、贷款（如有）、营收等负责，合理制定达成支行业务目标的具体工作计划并有效实施；
- 统筹好厅堂主管、柜员、理财服务经理、理财经理、渠道经理、个贷客户经理等各岗位角色，通过有效的日常管理与辅导训练，带领团队成员完成业务发展目标；
- 作为支行案件防控、安全保卫、信息安全、消保工作的第一责任人，同时对监管检查及处罚负责，协调处理客户投诉，贯彻合规及风险控制要求。 任职资格
- 大学本科及以上学历，工作经验等其他条件特别优秀者可放宽；
- 从事金融工作4年以上或从事经济工作8年以上（其中从事金融工作2年以上），金融/销售/团队管理从业经验3年及以上；
- 市场开拓及服务营销能力强，熟悉银行各种金融产品及相关业务，持有AFP、CFP等理财专业证照者优先；
- 有运营、综拓、贷款、理财等零售业务管理经验者优先；
- 有违法记录或行业不良记录的禁入。
