## Job description

岗位职责
- 根据风险管理需要，设计开发申请、行为、催收评分卡等风险评分模型，对已有模型进行持续跟踪和调优，参与模型的配置部署。
- 设计开发内评相关风险参数模型，对已有模型进行跟踪优化，参与配置部署。
- 模型开发系统设计，支持实现各类算法在模型开发与上线环节应用。
- 模型特征挖掘与管理，针对行内外数据进行衍生挖掘，优化模型特征库，提升模型效能。
- 研究模型开发的新数据、新技术、新架构，探索前沿技术的应用。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，数学/统计/人工智能/计算机等专业；
- 具备3年以上的零售信贷风险策略分析或零售信贷类风险模型开发经验，特别优秀者可放宽；
- 熟练掌握SQL/SAS，python等工具，具备模型开发能力；
- 有较强承压能力，责任心，对模型算法等具备学习能力。
