## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责团队组建和管理；对团队kpi达成、人员成长负责；
- 负责科室工作的统筹规划，实现业务各模块的有效覆盖并建立积极有效的内外部协同机制。
- 制定运营策略、运营体系搭建，统筹管理运营执行工作 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，具有5年以上互联网医疗业务运营经验
- 逻辑思维清晰，具有良好的语言文字表达能力，善于总结和分享，有项目规划和把控能力
- 对会员运营有比较深度的理解和思考，目标驱动力强，出色的内外部沟通协作能力
- 具有良好的资源整合及项目管理能力，能够推动内外部资源共同完成工作
