## Job description

岗位职责
- 各类业务数据追踪，完成月度检视/季度报告
- 营业部架构的新增、裂变、撤销规划，向上级部门报备申请流程，维护本中心组织架构
- 合规和行为规范的宣导检查
- 处理中心各类财务、人事、综合内勤工作
- 完成中心业务相关的采购和发放，职场氛围布置，业绩展板布置，具备基础的excel、ppt能力。
- 其他领导交办的工作任务 任职资格 1.本科以上学历； 2.21-35岁以下； 3.拥有1年或以上金融行业从业经历，1年以上金融保险机构行政工作者优先； 4.工作积极主动、耐心细致、责任心强，具备较强的逻辑思维； 5.具有较强的沟通协调及表达能力、组织策划能力、优秀的口头及书面表达能力； 6.品行端正，无不良行为记录；
