## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责智能门店项目的整体产品研发及工作量评估；
- 带领JAVA工程师完成智能门店产品；
- 根据业务要求，给出相应的技术实现方案；
- 参与项目组内项目的方案沟通； 任职资格
- 至少7年以上的软件、互联网、保险、金融行业开发经验
- 熟练掌握java、js等开发技术
- 熟练掌握Spring, SpringMVC, mybatis,jquery等开源技术
- 熟悉关系型数据库原理，至少有4个以上基于oracle，百万级数据量以上的应用开发经验
- 熟悉Linux操作
- 具备不少于90人月规模项目的系统设计能力，并能展示设计理念或设计样品
- 具有很强的系统性能调优能力
- 能指导他人高效工作
- 团队协作及沟通能力强，并有效推动解决困难那任务
