## Job description

岗位职责 1 全面负责营业部各项管理和业务推动发展工作，指导营业部制定年度、季度、月度工作计划和实施，达成营业部KPI指标； 2 负责营业部增员计划，达成满编率，确保团队稳健发展； 3 负责下辖团队主管的选拔、辅导、培养和考核，并辅导其管理能力提升； 4 负责重点潜才的挖潜与培养； 5 落实执行公司各项政策和制度，负责营业部内各项合规工作，对《基本法》的宣导、执行及监督，防范各类风险； 6 完成公司安排的其它事项； 7 领导交办的其它工作 任职资格

### 学历
- 本科以上学历；

### 年龄
- 35岁以下，优秀者可放宽到37岁以下；
- 从事过销售行业，有一定的带队伍经验，市场开拓能力强。
