## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责开拓维护私行及财富客群，保持客户资产规模及取得增长，增加营收、提高客户忠诚度；
- 经营私行及财富客户，不断挖掘和满足客户需求，为其提供个性化的投资建议、财富分析和规划、保障传承分析和规划，促进客户在我行资产提升；
- 积极配合和参与私行团队管理，避免业务冲突，提供合理化建议，保持积极向上的团队氛围；
- 贯彻合规及风控制度要求，提升客户满意度并积极处理客户投诉。 任职资格

### 学历
- 本科及以上学历；

### 经验
- 2年及以上金融行业相关岗位工作经验，具备私行理财经理、保险营销、高端客户营销工作经历者优先；

### 专业能力
- 熟悉银行产品、保险相关理论和保障类工具，擅长保障类规划，具有较强的服务营销能力和商业敏感性；持有AFP/CFP理财专业证书、国际保险专业证照优先，曾获得COT/TOT/MDRT/IDA荣誉优先

### 素质要求
- 认同公司文化，积极进取，结果导向，具备优秀的团队合作和沟通协调能力；无不良从业记录，责任心和合规意识强。
