## Job description

岗位职责 ①负责健康险发展规划、产品设计、渠道管理、服务生态 ②动态研究市场和竞品，驱动产品创新及迭代，协同精算推进产品定价及再保沟通 ③维护现有渠道合作业务，挖掘新业务合作机会 ④洞察健康险服务的市场动态，优化服务体系 任职资格 ①本科及以上学历，医学、医药学、金融、保险相关专业优先 ②3年以上寿险或健康险的产品开发、承保管理等经验 ③具备出色的产品思维及风险分析能力，熟悉健康险市场及同业情况
