## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责新车LCV条线业务，完成公司下达所辖区域内的LCV业务量及利润、风险指标要求；
- 负责组建并完善区域团队（高级+城市经理）建制，培养并管理一支有战斗力的专营化队伍；
- 负责开拓经销商合作，维护并提升经销商产能；达成公司制定的目标；
- 参与并协同产品、运营和风控等相关方的政策推动；
- 负责收集、整理行业、竞争对手及本公司产品市场反应信息并及时反馈；
- 与区域内兄弟团队做好协同，推动整体LCV业务发展；
- 完成公司及领导交付的其他工作。

### 任职资格 1、本科以上学历，财务、金融、商贸、营销、汽车等专业优先； 2、5年以上汽车消费金融、相关工作经验优先，有区域管理经验，在当地市场具有一定渠道和人脉优先； 3、具有较强的问题解决能力，开拓能力，团队组织能力，区域管理能力，抗压能力，沟通协同能力，风险防范能力； 4、扎实的汽车金融行业背景知识，熟练掌握汽车金融销售流程，对LCV销售市场领域了解； 5、工作地点

山东，河北，北京，天津，辽宁，吉林，黑龙江。
