## Job description

岗位职责

### 理赔风险的识别和管控
- 通过数据手段识别理赔业务中的风险点，建立风险预警指标体系，对异常赔付模式、高风险客户/机构/产品进行监控和预警；

### 数据监控报表开发
- 负责个险/团险维度的数据监控及分析报表的开发与维护，覆盖赔付率、报案率、案均赔款、赔付趋势、渠道质量等核心维度，支持多维度下钻分析；

### 风控规则制定、监控、优化
- 开发并维护理赔风控规则（异常出险频率、短期出险、集中投保后出险、赔付金额异常等），设定触发条件及提醒机制，定期评估规则有效性并优化迭代；

### 赔付数据下钻分析
- 对理赔赔付数据进行多维度深度分析，识别赔付异常波动及潜在风险点，输出数据分析报告，为理赔决策和规则优化提供数据支撑；

### 两核联动及跨部门协同
- 与核保部门协同，将理赔风险发现反馈至核保环节，推动两核联动机制落地；配合监管合规要求，提供理赔风控相关数据支持；
- 领导交办的其他事项。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，统计学、数学、计算机、金融工程、保险等相关专业优先；
- 具有3年以上保险行业数据分析或风控相关工作经验，有保险理赔经验者优先；
- 熟练使用SQL进行数据提取和处理，具备数据建模及分析能力，熟练使用Python/R等工具进行统计分析者优先；
- 具有较强的数据思维和数据分析能力，能从数据中发现业务问题并推动解决；
- 具有较强的责任心。主动性，良好的沟通协调能力及报告撰写表达能力。
