## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责小微企业主及个人信用类产品营销、客户开拓和维护；
- 聚焦商机营销和存量客户经营，包括意向客户挖掘转化、业务经办承接；
- 负责客户业务受理与贷前调查工作，如实介绍产品并告知客户相关权益和义务；
- 落实贷款业务经办承办、贷中、贷后管理，为客户提供综合服务，提升存量客户续借复贷等；
- 落实合规及风险管理工作要求，确保业务合法合规。 任职资格 1.本科及以上学历； 2.2年以上信贷从业经验； 3.熟悉基本财务会计知识，具备基本的信贷与财务分析判断能力； 4.沟通及表达能力佳，具备较好的抗压能力； 具有良好的团队协作意识与态度，良好的沟通能力； 5.纪律及合规意识强，无重大违法违规行为或行业不良记录，符合我行亲属回避等相关制度要求。
