## Job description

岗位职责
- 贯彻落实分公司各项经营、管理制度，对本部门保费达成、利润指标等各项经营KPI负全责。
- 负责本部门各产品销售推动的组织和指导，保证业务合理增长，确保市场占有率逐步提高。
- 陪同展业，提供技术支持以及做好队伍的建设与管理工作。
- 加强与当地监管机关、政府职能部门联系，理顺外围环境，协调分公司职能部门、本部门内部工作关系。
- 统计分析各类经营数据，针对异常情况提出建议，为本部门的经营决策提供参考。
- 严格执行公司“红黄蓝”制度，确保本部门不发生重大经营、管理、财务风险。 任职资格
- 本科以上学历，保险类相关专业。
- 具有保险专业知识、有较强的领导能力、全局掌握能力。
- 精通保险产品，熟悉人员增选专业技能与流程，具有市场营销管理与调研分析能力。
- 有很强的结果导向意识，并具有较强的沟通协调能力、推动能力和一定的人际理解能力。
