## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责外勤个/团险队伍人员管理
- 负责外勤个/团险队伍培训（讲师队伍、课程、活动执行等）
- 负责个/团险队伍合规培训（产品、银保监要求等） 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，金融、保险、经济、市场营销等专业优先；
- 具有较好的领悟、规划策划、分析并解决问题能力；
- 具有较好的沟通协调能力、较强的工作责任心、主动性、执行力。
