## Job description

岗位职责
- 机构自营直管队伍的招募面试、准入、淘汰。
- 机构队伍的培训、绩效考核、产能监控、文化建设、荣誉激励。
- 院端服务履约管理、咨诉处理。
- 服务供应商的使用、对账结算。
- 医院科室医生开拓、维护（含系统信息更新）及控费管理。
- 领导交办的其他任务。 任职资格 1.本科以上学历，医学专业； 2.有服务运营3年及以上工作经验，具备队伍管理和建设、团队培训等相关经验，且有队伍梯队建设、人员培养等实操落地经验优先。
