## Job description

岗位职责

### 制度制定
- 负责根据本地监管、集团及公司总部制度框架，制定公司财务管理规章制度

### 费用管理
- 负责公司整体各项费用预算及支出进度管理

### 财报制定
- 负责编制及组织实施财务预算报告，月、季、年度财务报告

### 资金管理
- 负责公司全面的资金调配，成本核算、会计核算和分析工作

### 协同对接
- 与集团、总公司财务保持良好沟通对接，及时了解公司整体财务管理要求。 任职资格 1.本科及以上学历，财务、会计学等相关专业。 2.3年以上工作经验；熟悉本地财务管理政策，熟悉财会操作，较好的业务敏锐度和财务数据分析能力。 3.熟悉常见数据分析、熟练应用Excel、财务系统操作等。 4.具有较强的逻辑能力和问题解决能力；学习能力突出；具备良好的沟通协调能力和执行力。 5.积极向上的心态、良好的自我管理、有担当，工作认真仔细，并能承受一定的工作压力。
