## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责所管辖部门整体管理职责，落实经营指标及工作任务目标达成；
- 负责根据总分行发展战略、分析和研究所在区域的金融市场，负责制定业务拓展规划并推动业务发展；
- 负责所辖团队建设和人才培养，以及产品、技能、政策的培训；
- 落实各项内控制度，对日常业务进行检查、监督，确保符合内控合规制度要求，防范风险。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 具备5年及以上金融行业从业经验，具备良好的业务素养，熟悉银行业务知识及国家相关监管政策；
- 熟悉当地金融市场环境，有一定分析和研判市场能力、沟通协调能力及执行力；
- 积极进取，风险意识强，无违法违纪行为及行业严重处罚记录。
