## Job description

岗位职责
- 根据公司和部门战略规划，协助部门制定人力配置规划，并定期检视人力配置与业务进度的关系，修正招聘计划
- 协助业务部门确定新岗位招聘模型，并根据公司用人标准和业务部门实际用人需要，优化招聘模型；与招聘端定期检视优化渠道，完成招聘在业务部门端的高效推进。
- 协助业务部门传导绩效文化和绩效要求
- 协助部门完成员工薪酬激励分配、沟通，完成公司和部门评优工作；协助部门建立多渠道员工沟通，包括定期员工沟通和主题活动，加强与员工的日常沟通，掌握员工动态，协助各方及时干预解决。 任职资格 1、全日制本科及以上学历，管理学，心理学或业务相关专业，具备金融行业经验优先； 2、3-5年人力资源工作经验，深入了解招聘、绩效、员工关系其中一个模块的工作； 3、具有良好的组织协调、沟通、分析能力； 4、富有团队意识，团队协作能力强，能承受较大工作压力。
