## Job description

岗位职责
- 对本团队KPI负责，制定实施本团队的发展规划，支持市场经理外拓业务和重大项目落地及运维工作，达成团队各项经营指标；
- 负责团队层面的内外部渠道、B端企业维护和管理工作；
- 负责队伍建设、人才培养，从产品、技能、政策等方面对市场经理进行培训和指导；
- 开展日常的团队管理工作，包括市场经理绩效考核管理、活动量管理、客户投诉处理、队伍合规、消保和案防管理等；
- 总分行交办的其他工作事项。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，3年以上金融、互联网相关工作经验和1年以上销售管理经验，具备良好的人员激励、培养和领导能力。
- 工作积极进取、目标导向，有较强的互联网思维和系统性思维，了解互联网公司运营模式，影响力、抗压力及沟通谈判能力强。
- 熟悉并遵守国家有关经济、金融法律法规及本行的相关规章制度，具备较强的风险合规意识，无重大违法违规或行业不良记录。
