## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责电话及在线客服相关需求的管理承接、评估设计、排期协调以及开发追踪和上线后功能验证等全链路工作。
- 建立和完善电话及在线客服运营和品质指标体系，通过监测和分析运营数据挖掘问题与价值，推动公司内部流程规则优化，提升客户体验。
- 通过电话录音及智能客服会话日志分析收集客户声音和员工系统使用痛点，定期汇总分析高频问题与共性痛点，并推动内部流程优化。同时通过闭环管理机制将客户声音反哺至一线客户服务，持续提升客户满意度。
- 定期进行同行业调研和服务体验对标以了解行业动向，推广智能客服应用，拓展电话及在线客服智能化覆盖范围，赋能客服的服务能力提质增效，制定策略推动提升客户体验。
- 其他领导交办的工作 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历。 2、2-3年保险金融行业客诉及咨询服务经验，熟悉客诉处理涉及的各类监管要求及监管文件。 3、熟练使用办公软件，如Word、Excel等。 4、责任心强，对待工作认真耐心，具备一定抗压能力。
