## Job description

### 岗位职责 1，销售支持

提供企业年金受托、投资业务的销售支持，为业务团队与渠道提供相关培训，协助进行产品路演介绍、解答相关问题 2，技术支持：结合客户需求协设计及企业年金方案，制作标书和述标材料，参加年金项目投标 3，资产管理与投资分析：为受托／投资客户提供投资绩效分析、投管人分析、市场展望等专业报告 4，沟通协调：协调总部及分公司各部门对年金业务的支持，定期就投资组合管理情况与投管人进行沟通访谈，分析总结组合管理情况 任职资格 1，本科及以上学历，有1-3年年金产品经理工作经验优先 2，经济学/数学/金融/法学等相关专业优先 3，有海外留学经历者为佳
