## Job description

岗位职责

### 业绩指标
- 对所负责渠道合作方的业绩达成和考核指标负责 ；

### 日常工作
- 对所负责的合作方进行产品宣导培训，销售技能类培训，协助合作方客户对接，客户日常业务咨询、沟通、反馈、促成等 ；

### 业务推动
- 对所负责的合作方进行营销方案宣导，激励兑现及执行情况通报等；

### 渠道开拓和维护
- 负责进行渠道合作方开拓和关系维护 ；
- 向渠道经理（MP）（或分管渠道业务的负责人）汇报所辖区域的相关事项；
- 完成公司安排的其他相关事项； 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历，有渠道销售或者信贷合作经验的优秀候选人可放宽至大专学历； 2、语言表达能力较好，具有较强的协调公关能力和分析问题解决问题的能力；
