## Job description

岗位职责
- 定时定量的对坐席录音和线下进行抽样和实时监听；
- 及时处理客户提出的咨询和投诉，发现服务隐患；
- 负责催员执行情况及时纠错与辅导，并对改进情况做出监控；
- 协助品质管理岗进行数据整理；
- 其他稽核活动的执行、落实；
- 其他领导吩咐的事宜。 任职资格 1.大专学历 2.1-1年相关工作经验 3.具有一定的领悟、规划策划、分析并解决问题能力，一定的沟通协作、担当精神，一定的执行力，一定的结果导向型思维，跟踪到底，不遗漏，踏实认真完成本职工作，一定的抗压耐力
