## Job description

岗位职责

### 业务推动
- 负责集团内产险、养老险、银行等渠道的团体业务推动工作；

### 数据追踪
- 对核心进程指标进行监测、追踪、分析，并持续优化渠道报表体系；

### 培训赋能
- 负责参与组织渠道业务经理进行产品、销售技能、政策解读等培训；

### 项目支持
- 及时参与重点客户、重大项目的推动及业务支持，配合机构进行招投标项目落地；
- 领导交办的其他工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历优先，医学、保险、金融等相关专业优先；
- 有保险公司渠道推动、两核条线等工作经验优先；
- 乐观进取，学习能力强，沟通协调能力强，承压力强。
