## Job description

岗位职责
- 参与授信业务的贷前核查，并出具独立的风险核查报告;指导市场团队在授信放款前有效落实授信审批条件，必要时履行放款前风险核查，以及面签、核保工作;
- 督导客户经理开展各项贷后日常与定期监测预警工作，并负责授信客户贷后定期监测报告审阅、授信客户风险监控与风险预警、重点监测客户的实地检查、问题授信优化管理及风险处置等工作;
- 负责收集影响辖内授信风险的各类负面信息，进行早期预警与风险提示，组织风险排查与报告;
- 负责组织、落实总行和监管开展的各类业务/风险检查工作，及时完成检查发现问题的整改督导及跟踪。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，具有3年以上银行信贷从业经验或风险管理经验；
- 具备公司信贷、风险管理、授信审批经验，有CPA、司法资格等优先;

### 熟悉国家经济金融政策、法律法规、会计财务等知识，具有较强的沟通协调能力、文字表达能力，有较强的责任心和抗压能力
- 遵守国家的法律法规、金融监管规则和行业自律准则，无违法违纪行为。
