## Job description

岗位职责 1、3年及以上互联网品牌创意经验，有管理经验更佳； 2、创意能力强，有出色的审美能力和设计标准，对于品牌整体视觉风格调性有较强的把控能力，熟悉必要设计工具（包含AIGC）； 3、具备成功商业化产品的项目经验与整体设计方案落地案例，对设品牌整体视觉风格调性有较强的把控能力； 4、善于沟通和分享，具备良好的合作态度及团队精神，关注细节，责任心强，能主动推动方案落地； 任职资格
- 负责平安银行金融产品服务等创意设计工作，根据产品定位，参与品牌运营策划工作；
- 根据品牌策略及运营需求，负责整体运营宣传项目的落地与执行；
- 负责执行品牌运营活动的设计工作（平面、h5等线上线下物料设计）
- 对AI技术较为熟悉，能运用AI提升团队效率与质量；
- 和数字化创意团队一起探索图片、动效、视频等AIGC多模态设计输出。
