## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责本 机构 业务计划的测算与分解，负责本 机构 线上客户部考核规则制定及 KPI 计划
- 负责直通业务平台的追踪、预测及预警
- 负责直通业务经营问题分析及督导改善；
- 负责直通业务数据平台管理，包括报表系统规划与审定、指标定义与推广等 任职资格 1.本科学历 2.1-3年相关工作经验 3、较强的沟通能力
