岗位职责
- 增员方案的组织实施
- 增员活动的举办及协助（如晋升活动、创业说明会等）
- 增员工具、增员辅助品的推广；公司、区域事业部人力发展案在机构的承接推动；晋升工程日常追踪推动
- 营业区/三级机构增员工作的支援、追踪、督导 任职资格 1.本科学历 2.0-0年相关工作经验 3.具有杰出的领悟、规划策划、分析并解决问题能力，杰出的沟通协作、担当精神，杰出的执行力，杰出的结果导向型思维，坚持到底，保证产出，本职外愿意额外承担工作，杰出的抗压耐力，具有丰富的专业知识储备
