## Job description

岗位职责
- 熟悉零售、对公及普惠各类信贷产品属性，以及相关业务场景及客群特点，并对信用风险进行监测与识别；
- 搭建有效的产品风险监测数据模型及分析框架，对各类产品开展多维组合的风险评价、模型策略、过程监测，并对目标偏离和指标异动实施差异化管理动作或提出管理建议；
- 根据风险管理需要，设计、开发和评估申请、行为或催收评分卡等风险评分模型，并对已有模型进行持续跟踪和调优；
- 其它数据统计分析类工作。 任职资格 1、硕士研究生及以上学历，有CPA、CFA、FRM资格的人员优先； 2、本科5年、硕士及以上3年以上金融、咨询行业市场或风险管理工作经验，有市场营销、组合风险管理、风险数据分析、风险监测、风险策略经验、风险模型建设等。
