## Job description

岗位职责 1.大专学历 2.3年以上相关工作经验 3.具有杰出的领悟、规划策划、分析并解决问题能力，杰出的沟通协作、担当精神，杰出的执行力，杰出的结果导向型思维，坚持到底，保证产出，本职外愿意额外承担工作，杰出的抗压耐力，具有丰富的专业知识储备 任职资格
- 全面负责团队各项管理和业务推动发展工作，制定及分配团队年度、季度、月度工作计划和实施，达成团队指标；
- 负责团队增员计划，达成满编率，确保团队稳健发展；
- 负责咨询顾问的选拔、辅导、培养和考核，并辅导其管理能力提升；
- 负责重点潜才的挖潜与培养；
- 落实执行公司各项政策和制度，负责营业部内各项合规工作，对《基本法》的宣导、执行及监督，防范各类风险。
