## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责对所辖团队的整体管理，在遵守合规和风险管理要求的前提下开展业务；
- 负责达成所辖团队的销售任务；
- 负责业务拓展，策划并组织所辖团队实施营销活动；
- 负责所辖团队建设和人才培养，以及产品、技能、政策的培训。 任职资格 1.本科及以上学历； 2.5年以上金融从业经验，具备3年以上业务一线和团队管理经验，对当地市场了解； 3.具有良好的市场开拓能力，无严重违规违纪及不良从业记录。
