## Job description

岗位职责

### 固定资产管理
- 负责根据公司资产管理制度要求，执行权限内办公资产的管理、调拨、盘点及信息统计，保证中心资产安全.
- 档案管理根据公司及监管要求，负责权限内档案的统一管理，包括受检者档案、基建档案、设备档案、环保及防感染档案、医护管人员档案等，保障档案保管安全及利用合法合规。
- 印章证照管理 1.根据公司及监管要求，负责中心权限内证照的申办、年检（校检）、变更的办理工作；负责中心权限内印章的刻制、销毁的办理工作，印章证照的管理及时满足监管及业务开展需求。 4.会务接待负责指导、配合会议承办方做好会务工作。 5.公务用车管理日常公务用车使用信息上报、定期维保、费用支付及司机管理。 6.职场管理负责中心职场5S管理、职场行政物资配置与发放管理等。 7.采购管理负责中心非经营性采购管理统筹工作和日常采购事项对接工作，组织提报中心非经营性采购计划（每月度、季度、年度）、开展采购自查（每季度、年度）、属地化供应商寻源和供应库管理、采购系统权限申请、供应商满意度调查等工作，对采购风险进行预警与排查，协助总部及时下发公司重要的采购相关通知、宣导、培训信息与材料等。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，行政管理及相关专业优先；五年及以上知名企业行政工作经验；
- 熟悉行政工作流程，熟悉常用办公软件及系统等操作；
- 逻辑清晰，思维敏捷，具有良好的沟通表达能力和学习能力；
- 具有高度的责任心，工作积极主动，具有团队精神和良好的服务意识。
