## Job description

岗位职责
- 对本支行的资产、客户、营收等负责，合理制定达成支行业务目标的具体工作计划并有效实施
- 统筹好厅堂主管、柜员、理财经理、个贷经理、渠道经理、市场经理等角色，通过有效的日常管理带领团队完成业务发展
- 作为支行案件防控、安全保卫、信息安全、消费者权益保护工作第一责任人，切实履行监管及我行赋予的管理职责；协调处理客户投诉，贯彻合规及风险控制要求并对管理结果负责 任职资格 1.本科及以上学历 2.5年金融或银行零售业务的相关管理工作经验 3.满足监管任职资格要求，具有基金从业资格 4.具有杰出的规划策划能力，担当精神，执行力和结果导向型思维，了解新零售业态发展和互联网思维；对工作坚持到底，保证产出，杰出的抗压耐力，具有优秀的领悟、分析并解决问题、决断能力，优秀的沟通协作精神，高质量完成本职工作，自我驱动，主动竞争，敏锐的危机意识
