## Job description

### 岗位职责 公司风险管理的工作重点是金融、保险、运营、项目、市场和/或监管风险，包括
- 识别并分析潜在的风险，评估重要资产面对具体风险的弱点
- 优化公司的保险覆盖范围，如财产及意外伤害险、一般责任险、产品责任险，以及董事与高级职员责任保险
- 进行风险分析和建模，评估具体风险的发生概率，并评估风险发生带来的影响/后果
- 制定必要的过程和程序，以报告风险、管理风险和减轻风险至可接受水平
- 向内部和外部利益相关者汇报，包括监管报告 任职资格 1、35周岁以下，全日制大学本科及以上学历，金融、经济、管理或相关专业； 2、具有3年以上银行信贷、风险管理等相关从业经验；熟悉国家金融政策和银行主要风险管理规章制度； 3、具有良好的文字综合能力和沟通协调能力； 4、具有特殊资源者条件可适当放宽。
