## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责团体财产保险产品的核保工作，评估风险并制定核保政策；
- 参与团体财产保险产品的开发与设计，制定产品条款及费率；
- 审核团体财产保险投保申请，确保符合核保标准；
- 与团队协作，推动团体财产保险产品的上线及推广；
- 监控团体财产保险产品的风险状况，及时调整核保策略；
- 维护与团体客户的关系，提供专业的核保支持与咨询服务；
- 参与团体财产保险产品的培训与推广工作，提升团队专业能力；
- 分析团体财产保险产品的市场表现及风险数据，优化产品设计与核保流程。 任职资格
- 具备3年以上保险核保相关工作经验，熟悉团体财产保险核保流程及风险评估方法；
- 熟悉保险产品开发流程，具备团体财产保险产品开发经验；
- 具备保险从业资格证书或相关金融产品开发证书；
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力及数据分析能力；
- 熟悉保险行业相关法律法规及监管要求。
