## Job description

岗位职责
- 管理、考核团队团队各项行为、质量、业绩管理，参与、组织和执行总分行的各项业务推动、竞赛、营销活动，带领所负责团队完成各项经营指标；
- 管控团队业务风险，保证合规经营，配合风险条线，建立诚信、合规的信贷文化，并对相关流程及执行情况进行检查和督导；
- 做好团队内部培训及团队业务发展规划，为团队成员提供必要的各项指导培训，维护良好的工作氛围。 任职资格 1.大学本科及以上学历； 2.8年及以上银行工作经验，其中3年及以上营销团队管理经验； 3.熟悉银行公司业务，具备扎实的业务功底和较强的学习能力，丰富的市场开拓经验，较强的市场开拓能力、团队管理及组织能力。 4.遵纪守法、品行端正、无违纪、违规等不良记录，无不良资产；
