## Job description

岗位职责
- 全面负责政府类团体保险（如城市定制医疗险、惠民保、长期护理险等）业务的发展规划、策略制定及落地执行，推动业绩持续增长；
- 负责对接并维护地方政府、医保局、卫健委等职能部门的关系，主导项目方案设计、招投标、合同谈判及实施全流程；
- 组建和管理专业团队，制定团队目标及考核机制，并协同内外部资源打造区域标杆项目；
- 跟踪市场动态与竞争格局，持续优化业务策略，挖掘合作机会，提升公司在政保领域的品牌与市场份额。 任职资格 1、40岁以下优先，本科及以上学历优先； 2、8年以上政府合作类保险或政企大客户销售管理经验，拥有丰富的政府客户资源与项目运作经验，熟悉天津及周边区域政策环境优先； 3、曾成功主导惠民保、长期护理保险或医保经办等项目者优先； 4、具备出色的政府沟通能力、方案设计与项目管理经验，能高效推动项目落地优先。
