## Job description

岗位职责 1．承接维护分行私行客户，建立和维护高净值客户群，保持客户资产规模及取得增长，增加营收、提高客户忠诚度； 2．通过MGM和自拓增加私行客户，促进潜力客户升级； 3．对接和支持寿险家族传承办公室会员，为会员推荐的高净值客户提供全方位的银行服务； 4．以客户为中心，不断挖掘和满足客户需求，为客户提供个性化的投资建议、财富分析和规划，做好客户的风险偏好、财务状况评估，向客户推荐合适的产品； 5．全方面满足客户需求，开展交叉销售，以资产配置方式向客户销售银行和集团各子公司金融产品，促进客户升级； 6．积极配合和参与私行团队管理，避免业务冲突，提供合理化建议，保持积极向上的团队氛围； 7．贯彻合规及风控制度要求，确保团队有品质的持续经营，协调处理客户投诉。

### 任职资格 1．学历

本科及以上学历； 2．经验：从事理财投资、理财经理5年以上工作经验，有私行理财经验者优先; 3．专业能力：熟悉银行产品，服务营销能力强，持有AFP、CFP等理财专业证照者优先； 4．素质要求：追求卓越、具有商业敏感性、沟通协调能力强，遵纪守法、合规意识强。
