## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责制定和完善医院干部管理制度、流程与规划，确保干部管理工作规范化、科学化。
- 开展干部选拔、任用、转正、续签、续聘、考核、培训及监督等工作，为医院发展提供人才支撑。
- 建立并维护干部人才信息库，深入分析干部 队伍结构，为领导决策提供数据依据。
- 协调处理干部人事相关的各类问题与矛盾，营造和谐稳定的工作氛围。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历，公共卫生等医学专业相关背景优先。 2、3-4年相关工作经验。 3、具备良好的逻辑思维能力，具有较强的报告撰写能力。 4、具备优秀的沟通能力和组织协调能力，积极正向，责任心强，抗压能力强。
