## Job description

岗位职责
- 新获及维护私行客户，保持客户AUM规模不断增长；
- 做好客户资产配置及复杂产品销售，达成营收目标；
- 积极参与私行团队建设及管理，不断提升团队成员专业技能及综合素养；
- 贯彻合规及风控制度要求，确保团队有品质的持续经营。 任职资格

### 学历要求
- 本科及以上学历

### 从业经验
- 5年及以上金融业财富管理营销经验，过往业绩表现良好；2年及以上团队管理经验者优先。

### 专业能力
- 熟悉财富管理、营销流程、银行产品体系，熟悉当地财富管理市场，具备一线销售经验，服务营销能力强；持有AFP、CFP、基金从业等理财专业证照者优先；对公私募及银保产品有较强销售能力及营销经验。

### 素质要求
- 积极进取、抗压力强、目标导向、沟通能力强，纪律及合规意识强，无违规违纪记录。
